Growing up in the industry, Gord has been surrounded by real estate his entire life. His father, Glen Muir, founded RE/MAX Preferred Realty Ltd. more than 33 years ago in Windsor–Essex County, giving Gord a front-row seat to the inner workings of a successful brokerage from a young age. Over the years, he has worked in nearly every role within the company, gaining a deep, well-rounded understanding of what it takes to support agents and serve clients at the highest level.

Now as Broker of Record, Gord leads with that experience—supporting his team, overseeing operations, and ensuring the brokerage continues to uphold the exceptional service and reputation it was built on.
